The earliest known use of "She's so hot I would…" was in the 2007 romantic comedy, Good Luck Chuck, when the best friend of the main character makes a remark about a passing beautiful woman by saying he would "suck a fart out of her asshole and hold it like a bong hit." It is unknown if Good Luck Chuck was the first use of the meme. Since then, people have created their own versions of the meme, using variations to describe the extreme measures they would go through in order to have sexual relations(or even just minimal contact) with an extremely attractive woman.
There are several different variations of the "She's so hot I would…" meme, most having been created by members of the miscellaneous forums of several different internet message boards. Some of the more popular variations are "I would drag my dick through a mile of glass just to hear her fart through a walkie talkie" or "I would eat their asses after a long bike ride on a hot steamy day", but there are more outrageous and complex variations popping up all of the time.
