About

Very Quick, Very Effective refers to an exploitable video meme format in which former American professional wrestler Dan Severn gives a self-defense Judo technique tutorial in which he flips a guy and kicks him out of frame, saying, "Very quick, very effective" after. The video went viral in April 2024 on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram being used via green screen alongside object-labeling captions about situations in which a person is trying to solve a problem quickly or get rid of something.
