This meme was featured in a Troll video on Youtube that was up loaded by a user called "TheHammar117"
It was just a simple video of a troll brony (See: My little Pony) who trolled 4chan and put up the video for all to see:

About :50 through the video, he corrected one Anon's bad grammar. The word that the Anon said was "yea shut fuck," causing many more ragers to repeat the line making the hilarity even more lulzy.
Eventually the troll thread 404'd but the commenters of the video took notice of Shut fuck, using it in the comments.
EX: "guys why cant we all just shut fuck?" "Hammar, Shut fuck" & "From now on im using 'shut fuck' whenever i tell someone to shut up"

It may become a meme, considering the video is relatively new, so just bear with it.
