T E K E (short for Benteke) is a Meme/shitpost involving Belgium Football Player Christian Benteke. It is a niche meme that originated halfway through 2016, from the Facebook group CAFF (Caltex Australian Football Fans). Users in CAFF would commonly post pictures of Benteke, most notably a photo of Benteke giving a thumbs up whilst sitting down. The images would be modified and would feature templates most common in other shitposting examples. It has gained a cult following and this led to the creation of the Facebook Page "Benteke Shitposting" in late 2016
