The purpose of this character is to appear happy and be happy within random situations where its head, body or both are used within any random picture or video (even though no video has been made with this concept).
This has been shown within the welcoming message for people who visit the channel which is "Feelin' Happy!!"
It also states that he wants the meme to become an actual confirmed meme so this page was actually created by "themachineking" (the creator of the Little Squidward meme) to write this meme for him.

The channel was first created on the Nov 21, 2011 where on the same day two video's were published to the youtube channel "TheHappySackboy" (https://www.youtube.com/user/TheHappySackboy/videos) where an intro was created and a list or random images where the "Little Squidward" meme was used as well as found out by the creator of the Little Squidward meme "themachineking" that it had inspired megaspike1121 to create the meme in the first place

A reply to the message stated that he should do videos related to popular videos or scenarios in real life or the internet as he did with such videos of "Painis Cupcake" and "Angry Birds"
