"Under-Attack Jack" is used by an individual whenever he/she is presented with an argument/debate against what they have said or done online.
For example, if Susan posted a status on Facebook saying "I loved the movie 'The Hunger Games', Peter was so heroic!" and someone commented saying "Actually, his name is Peeta", it would be appropriate for Susan to reply with the Under-Attack Jack image.
