Why it got popular
This meme got popular mostly because the funny and off-tone Nocapshroom says the line in. It is also popular because of how it shows the disconnect between PvZ and it’s fans as through the whole video they are saying corny jokes and overusing terms like chat. These reasons show it being a how do you do fellow kids video failing miserably at connecting with younger audiences. This is only supported by the fact that the game PvZ Replanted is widely considered a bad cash grab that uses AI, so all the memes online are more picking fun of EA and Pop Cap, creators of PvZ, then anything else.
