Yiayia is a photoshop exploitable meme in the likes of Sad Keanu or Approval Guy, in which the photo of a "yiayia" (Greek for grandma) is superimposed in photos of situations where a typical traditional grandma would disapprove, such as couples living together before marriage or Charlie Sheen

The image of the "yiayia" was cropped from the advertisements of the Athenos branded greek yoghurt and hummus.
