About:

¿Te arde?: Is a phrase said by Yotsuba Nakano in the anime Go-toubun no Hanayome (The Quintessential Quintuplets) He says it exclusively in the manga since in the anime they replace it with "it's a date". In the context of Yotsuba wanting to make a date with Futaro. It is only known that "¿te arde?" he says it in the Spanish translation and it is not known in the others.

Meme:

This phrase said by Yotsuba began to go viral in especially images. This phrase is usually used when talking to another person about said anime and it is a team that is not the winner and the person mentions that their team should have won. This phrase and image of Yotsuba became so viral that many people made edits of the same phrase but with Miku Nakano, the small protagonist of Spy x Family, and even an edit of a phrase from Auronplay that said "Huele a que te arde" replacing the Youtuber's face for Yotsuba's. This meme can be seen in many images.
