Origin
The meme originated in the facebook group "Overwatch people" with roughly 80.000 users at the time, as a reaction on a video posted by user Daniel Bonev, showing him playing as Zenyatta and making play of the game by killing a roadhog and then activating his ult to save the remaining team from a Hanzo-Ult.
The footage was seen as lacking in quality by the majority of the group, as most people argued, anyone could kill one outpositioned person and then press "q". It quickly became a trend in the group to post "you literally just posted a video of you killing a single person as Zenyatta" under the video and in the group in general. The meme has been repeated over 150 times below the original video until now.
Spread
Other users quickly jumped onto this bandwagon, posting footage of mostly very high quality zenyatta plays or just plain artwork to alter the meme. For example, user Luke Schirmer posted a video of himself, making a high-skill quadruple kill as Zenyatta and got the meme repeated 20 times so far in his comment section. On other occassions, players posted their own artwork, using the memes to get increased reactions from the community, such as "I literally just posted a video of me drawing zenyatta".
It has also already been embedded into other meme formats, poking fun at the viral nature it had inside of the group.
Controversy
The meme was seen as cyberbullying against "bad" or "less skilled" players by some parts of the group and has been reported several times. Users of the meme defended it as being "ironic" and not ment as cyberbullying, as it was used to compliment good plays as well.
