QAnon Breaks Down Following Biden Inauguration

The world of QAnon is at a breaking point. Departing yesterday, President Donald Trump boarded Marine One with the Village People's "Y.M.C.A." blaring in the background, closing the book on his presidency. However, the storm he promised, the one believers of the QAnon conspiracy theory were waiting on, never came. There was no shutdown of the worldwide cabal of cannibalistic, Satan-worshiping pedophiles. And as President Joe Biden took office, whatever plan Q had, it seems increasingly unlikely to come to fruition.
Followers of Q breadcrumbs spent the better part of two years studying supposed tripcodes and dispatches from a mole buried inside the deep state. Two weeks ago, the group celebrated the deadly storming of the Capitol in Trump's name. However, with their main character's exit from the story, the group scattered across several different social media platforms, websites and forums, isn't sure what to do next.
Yesterday, as Biden swore the oath of office, QAnon forums split, weeding out those of little faith from the so-called true believers.
"I'm not dooming, legitimately why didn't Trump use the insurrection act?" asks one devotee in a moment of crisis. "Wasnt he able to stop this unilaterally since the politicians and courts refused to do their jobs? Isn't that what the military was for? It's confusing."

"I've been on this ride since day 1," writes another. "I held the line. Spamming hope texts and info to all my doomer friends. I reached the end of my rope. It's 1000% over if Xiden is sworn in. We need to accept that. USA will be over forever."

Still, on these forums, attempts to logic their way out of the transition of power shows a level of mental gymnastics that would make an Olympian jealous. As the Qanon hopefuls wait for word from the president, they try to put the pieces together.
"Maybe seeing it all laid out in one place will make sense of it all," writes another shaken believer. "If this has already been done, please correct me. I was upset all day yesterday but awoke feeling that something is so off, and things aren't finished yet. The only thing that could explain is if Trump or his family was somehow threatened, or players that we thought were loyal, were not. He knows better than us what the CCP and WEF has in store for us if left unchecked."

Throughout the day, their reactions made for semi-viral Twitter threads. QAnon researchers and journalists shared collections of followers experiencing sleep deprivation and a crisis of faith.

Q's infrastructure also seems in peril. Travis View, host of the QAnon Anonymous podcast, tweets that a "rogue moderator" deleted the /qresearch/ 8kun board, a leading hub of Q drops and chatter. The board owner blames 8kun owner Jim Watkins.
This is actually a sign that QAnon as we know it is collapsing.

But if anything, the Watkins appears to be exiting as well. Ron Watkins, who many suspected of being Q at various points in the past, tells followers to "go back" to their lives.

To paraphrase the film White Squall, where they go one, they go all. However, and the true believers are moving on—to another date. As has happened many times in the past, anons are moving the goal post to another day for their Great Awakening. So keep your eyes peeled on January 24th and then whatever day they move it to next.
