The Gorilla Glue Is Finally Out Of Tessica Brown's Hair
In a thrilling conclusion to what has been one of the most, er, "gripping" stories of the past week, the Gorilla Glue is now out of Tessica Brown's hair.
Brown became a social media sensation in a week where people had very little else to comment on after using Gorilla Glue in her hair when she ran out of hairspray. This resulted in a new 'do that was frozen in place despite Brown's numerous attempts to shampoo the glue away.
After nearly a month with the glue in her hair, Brown took up an offer from Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Michael Obeng to remove the glue for free, TMZ reports. Obeng used a cocktail of medical-grade adhesive remover, aloe vera, olive oil and acetone to break down the polyurethane in Brown's hair in a surgery that took four hours. TMZ caught Brown's genuine relief at being able to run her fingers through her hair again on camera:
However, it seems not everyone had learned not to mess around with Gorilla Glue. A Louisiana man who thought Brown was lying decided to try and prove it by gluing a red solo cup to his lips. He too ended up at the hospital. Martin was able to have a doctor remove the cup through what he describes as a "painful peeling process."

Hopefully, this puts to bed any Gorilla Glue shenanigans for the forseeable future.
