The popular internet culture critic's YouTube channel is back up and running after being momentarily suspended in alleged violations of the video-sharing site's guidelines, much owed to the fans and his peer vloggers who spoke out in his defense with #FREEIHE.

In a recent interview with The Daily Dot, Michael McGee, the American high school student who skyrocketed to internet fame in late December for his tense, vein-popping facial expression, clarified that he wasn't actually trying to hold in a fart when he posed for the picture next to his classmate Amber almost two years ago. Well, mystery solved.
