You can lie to yourself that you're healthy but you can't trick your heart so easily.

Have fun suffering from joint and back pain, lack of energy, heart problems, diabetes, stroke risk, being unable to run for long periods in an emergency, having to ask other people to help you pick something up because you can't bend over without toppling like a pile of sticks, not seeing your genitals, and other horrific things.

I'd say if you refuse to be weighted and refuse to receive a proper checkup from a doctor you shouldn't bother going back to one when shit starts going wrong.
