My "explain the joke" moment:

Kaz and Travis Touchdown share the same English voice actor, Robin Atkins Downes (in fact NMH in general shares MGS' voice director, Kris Zimmerman, because Suda's a total Kojima fanboy and even worked with Kojima on a radioplay sequel to Snatcher). He's also the Medic in TF2, George Washington in Assassin's Creed III, Luxord in Kingdom Hearts, and he's the "male British voice" for The Boss from Saints Row The Third and onward (in SR2 the British voice was provided by the same guy who played Mr. Sheffield on The Nanny).
