The distinction might come from the fact that the one on the left doesn't sexily rub her butt randomly while on the helicopter, and she doesn't have a sexy rain scene where she is just rubbing herself all over…..

Also, the one on the left is a living person making actual choices, and the one on the right is a character that was personally crafted by someone to dress like that (and given 'critic shaming' reasons for doing so)

Context, basically. But what do i know. I am obviously wrong because she breathes through her skin. And as such I must slink off ashamed.
