Well i mean as shady as shady business is it's not exactly saturday morning cartoon levels of evil like Shkreli is.

I mean Shkreli isn't even making what a traditional businessman would call a sound business decision because he's arbitrarily narrowing down the amount of people who can buy his product. The sweetspot in marketing is the highest price you can charge from as many people as possible. "A product is only worth as much as people are willing to pay for it" etc, etc.
