There are a wide variety of reasons FNaF characters won't ever be in Smash, but lack of viable moves isn't one of them. Captain Falcon and ROB already have complete movesets despite having little to pull from in their home series. It wouldn't be a stretch to say they could just make stuff up for Freddy.

So basicly, you spook them so hard, they fly off the stage.
