I'll just take my own stab at why some of these companies are there.

Konami: Most obvious, the cancellation of a highly anticipated game and their treatment of their franchises and Kojima has left many gamers bitter.

Ubisoft: Uplay is disliked by PC gamers and people prefer to find workarounds to not have to use it. Also the annualization of Assassin's Creed still leaves many with mixed feelings.

EA: Eh this one's maybe too obvious.

DICE: Battlefield 4's poor launch, and the new Star Wars Battlefront is regarded as a step down compared to the original games made by Pandemic… a studio EA closed down.

Square: Too many cases of "showing off games that take forever to come out," plus the mixed reception of the Lightning trilogy.

343: This might be the biggest YMMV here as the gif maker probably only included them because said person doesn't like Halo 4 and 5, but 4 and 5 do have fans and overall got good reception.

Sega: Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric is still too fresh in the minds of some people.

Microsoft: Amount of worthwhile Xbox One exclusives still not as high as some would like.

Many people blame SEGA for decline of "Total war" series.
Also seem to have fetish with "blood pack DLC". They have recently released a blood pack for Dawn of War II, a game, which is several years old and already has blood gore.
