Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens - “It’s that Rebel pilot, ISN’T IT?”

I kinda assume that this is the case with these Stormtroopers. She's basically a mother to her men, knowing each one of them individually even when they're in their armor, and she wants Finn to return home, which is why she told him "You're making a mistake" when he captured her, and not "We will kill you, you goddamn traitor". This would also be the reason why Finn didn't kill her when he had the chance, and just shoved her in a trash compactor.

It is Star Wars, you don't see them die, assume they live.
