White Cis Male - "Evidence is a White CIS Male Invention"

I'm pretty sure this is fake. I can't find any source at all for this beyond reposts of this image, and none of the reposts give any information about what Twitter account this came from. You could easily have made this by editing a different Tweet with Photoshop or inspect element.

If I'm going to believe this is real, I'm going to have to see some evidence.

How can we be real if evidence isn't real??
