Well they've already poked fun at Origins Wolverine in a few of the trailers. Like Deadpool saying "from the studio that thought it was a good idea to shut my mouth the first time around," or in that promo released around Halloween a kid in a Wolverine costume said to the camera "can we sew his mouth shut again?"

I want to say at least one trailer poked fun at Green Lantern too, with Wade Wilson saying he doesn't want his Deadpool costume to be green.
