I think it's mostly to make the reader feel powerful by putting themselves in the place of the person screwing the other persons significant other. You know, kind of like "I have a magical penis that can turn any woman into a slave! Also, my sex skills are the best ever, and no man can hope to compare!"
I find them to be way too stupid and oddly cruel to enjoy them.
