Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice - Dawn of Justice vs. Civil War

Given how marvel/dc flicks have been going shouldn't it be reversed?
I mean if DoJ is based on frank miller batman then it might be good.
Then again the last superman was edgy superman so that might just be too edgy for them to handle.

I await your John Jones film DC.
