I love Sonic, love the games, the comics and the good side of the fanbase (like this site).

So hating Sonic's become more of a bandwagon thing at this point?

Eh, whatever. I still enjoy most of the games, while still recognizing their flaws. They've made some mistakes with the guy, but I do give them credit for at least trying to do things new and different, even if it does come off as gimmicky. (Though, yeah, the issues with Boom don't really make up for the tidbits of decency it has.)

I'd much rather go and try out the newest Sonic game than the newest Non-spinoff Mario one that's just a stagnant repeat of the same things they've been doing.
