Probably? Basically her divekick no longer combos and it's easier to escape Witch Twist, especially the second one, so her death combos are not really intact anymore. However, she still has high damaging combos, excellent recovery, superb disadvantage state, strong killpower, a decent killthrow, and the best counter in the game. She's almost definitely not dropping below top 15 and honestly probably not below top 10 either, but only time will tell how good she still is.
