Most of these series are still decently relevant. The only one that's a real shocker is Ed, Edd n Eddy.

The meme (the What year Is It one) more refers to the origin of things mentioned more than anything else, similar to this image:

If we were to talk about the most recent developments of each gallery, only Ed, Edd n Eddy would be old and everything else still relevant, but that is not what the meme points at, as you can tell from this other image which references very old animes that got rebooted/remade in the same year, thus creating an illusion of having "travelled back in time", just like in Jumanji, the meme's inspiration.
