Frankly, I think all the millennials whining over this need to shift perspective.

Most teenagers and voters in the 18-24 demographic have next to no real experience in life or politics in general. On the other hand, most of the elders who voted to leave have known what it's like to live under the EU and its predecessor for over 40 years, with many of them having clear memories of what the U.K. was like before the EU. That's a lot of experience and memories to compare and contrast.

My peers say that the elders won't live to see the consequences of leaving, but I think the reason they voted to leave is because they've lived long enough to witness the consequences of staying.
