See, studio CLAMP used to just do fan comics about existing series. One of their creations, CLAMP in Wonderland, featured many stories… Including one about Jotaro having a baby with Kakyoin. Kakyoin laid an egg and a baby came out.

This is that baby grown up, who shows up for a few seconds at the end of the OVA adaptation of CLAMP in Wonderland.
