Yeah… I get what Rose means, what with the whole "Gems don't grow up" speel, but she is literally saying this as someone who didn't do what they were supposed to, as well as many others.

Hell, Pearls aren't supposed to be combatants, yet, there ya go. Though, I guess she is still sort of like a servant, since she still worships Rose and doesn't act for herself, so she didn't venture too far from what she is.

That said, wouldn't that be hilarious if Rose was supposed to betray Homeworld? Like some massive Diamond conspiracy that the rebellion was all planned out for some nefarious purpose that the other Gems don't know about?
