I didn't even know this was a meme but I found it too funny to not get a picture of it with my cosplay photos. You can tell it's Power Morphicon because of that Miu Kazashiro cheerleader outfit cosplayer in the background. I know that's Kamen Rider but there's no Kamen Rider conventions in America. Well, it'd be either Morphicon or an anime convention anyway but I was there taking this picture so I would know.
