My dad, Brad Jorgensen, dled on August 13th, 2016 at 61 years old. He suffered intense pain radiating in his right arm for many days leading up to his death which was ultimately caused by a natural heart attack. (He thought he was so dlever and funny when he sent me this bulldozer "mirror image picture.. At the time I rolled my eyes, but now of course I love it.) It's taken me awhile to finally compile my thoughts. It may be a lbttle sloppy, but bare with me if you intend to read further.I don't want you to know these thoughts of mine so you can feel sorry for me. I felt this was important to show you how much my dad has influenced me and my work. This is mainly for all the LISA fans. I hope to give you a deeper understanding of what I did and what Iplan to do going forward. I had started creating the main character of LISA under the assumption that the most important aspect of him would be that he is a father. So naturaily what pops in my head? My dad, Brad! But this goes way beyond just naming. The most crucial element to Brad Armstrong is that he will forever push himself: This element was fully inspired by my dad I never understood how he could work so much, he was not like us normal humans. Even up until his final days he was building a huge garage on his property in Olathe, Colorado in +100 weathert At 61 years old That's nothing though, just a taste of this madman. I swear, amytime he had free time to himself he would use it to help literally anyone that needed it. He'd fix anything in my house, fix anything on my car, fix things I didn't even know needed fixing, he helped me find financial help when creating my game and company. He even could fix ANY computer issue Ihad. I mean hey, I'm supposed to be the computer guy, right? Yet he was the man. A true renaissance man.lowe everything I've ever accomplished to him. My brother and I would always goof on him for delivering hls dassic line, "push yourself It was the one thing he always preached consistently. But by God if he didn't truly live those two words. He pushed himself all the way to the grave. Whether he was hurt inside, stressed, lost, it didn't matter If something needed to be done he did it. Brad Armstrong was the same. Death was literally the only thing that could stop both these men from pushing ahead. The scars and dismemberment of Armstrong, the need to constantly overcome the hurdles of life, it was all an embodiment of what my father meant to me. Only now after he's gone do I really realize how much my dad has inspired the heart and will of Brad Armstrong So with that sald, from this day forward I will no longer go by Dingaling. it was always a goof anyway... was named Austin Jorgensen by my mother and father and I now see it as a point of great pride. Also, from this day forward my company name is LOVE BRAD. Whether it be games, music, or any other sort of media. It will be under the banner LOVE BRAD. His inspiration on me allowed USA to be a success. I owe so much of it to him. And I will gladly give everything I have to pay it forward. I'm now more then ever looking forward to my creative future. Icannot wait to start working on NINJA TEARS. I will use this energy inside me to try my best to touch your souls lke he touched mine You were too damn hard working for this world, and I'll never fault you for it.
