About
Lisa is a series of indie role-playing games (RPGs) created by Dingaling Productions, which are known for their dark humor and emotional storylines. Online, the series has developed a significant fan following in communities on Tumblr and Reddit.
Gameplay
The games in the Lisa series are traditional turn-based party RPGs set in a 2D side-scrolling world. The player can control various characters that can be swapped in to their active party. Choices throughout the game have a permanent effect on the main character, altering the appearance of various characters in the party.

History
On September 10th, 2012, the RPG Maker game Lisa: The First was released on RPGMAker.net,[1] which revolved around the protagonist Lisa Armstrong.

In November 2013, a Kickstarter was launched for the sequel Lisa: The Painful by Dingaling Productions founder Austin Jorgensen, which was funded with over $16,000. On December 15th, 2014, the DLC Lisa: The Joyful was released.

The series has developed a following on multiple websites, including a subreddit for the second game[3], and various discussions on Tumblr[4] and 4chan[5]. Several Let's Play videos of the game have been uploaded to YouTube. Additionally, the series has a fan-made wiki[7] as well as a fan-made game being developed called "LISA: The Spiteful"[9].

Rando Did Nothing Wrong is a memetic phrase in the LISA community referring to the character Rando[12], who is believed to have done nothing wrong by some players. The phrase has been posted multiple times on 4chan's /v/ board[11], as well as having a sticker of the phrase being sold on Hotbubble[13].
