Which is great for a anime like witch academy due to the cartoony design and wacky action, and is just a short feature. It's basically the pre-Chuck Jones looney tunes, but with waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay less budget, since high-numbers-frame animation today is very inaccessible due to the exitence of cheaper methods (also, kids aren't very a demanding demographic) But Pokemon is a series with a lot of episodes in demand, which means even less money and less time, with someway heavy action scenes. So yeah, the quality will fall like a brick in the new fight scenes. (Which is weird, since the quality of both non-action and full action has increased a lot in the Y and X saga)
