Vapor Trail (the white pony) just revealed a very important secret to her friend (who's off-screen), meanwhile Twilight's happy because she'd been telling Vapor to reveal the secret since the beginning, while Rainbow Dash had been doing the opposite by telling Vapor keep her mouth shut about it.
