Togedemaru may be your run of the mill Pikachu rip off, but he seriously packs a punch with the right moves and abilities. Being Electric/Steel, he resists almost anything while only being weak to Fighting, Ground and Fire. He has Fell Stinger, a brutal move where if it faints an opponent, Togedemaru gets 2.5x his attack, this will faint almost any enemy Togedemaru comes across. If you can find his hidden ability, Sturdy, and pair it with a Salac Berry, Togedemaru will outspeed most Pokemon with a monstrous maximum of 480 speed, faster than maximum Pheromosa! With his signature move Zing Zap that only he knows, it gives him a chance to flinch his opponents and does a good chunk of damage to boot! And don't take my word for it! Watch him decimate Red and his Pokemon!
