Someone should make an animated short, or write a short story about how each year is represented by a robot. Every new year, the new one kills the old one. Sometimes it's a graceful ending, other times it's a violent fight.

Hopefully, the 2017 cyborg ninja is not a chaotic evil or neutral character and will stay in our side…
