Is this a manga reference?

The problem with JoJo is that each part has a completely different atmosphere and tone than the part before it, meaning that it's hard to compare the series with itself as a whole. I've seen quite a few people drop JoJo because of Phantom Blood even though Part 2 is probably the best thing I have ever seen in my life. I don't know if you have also dropped it or not, but I implore you to continue through part 1 and try part 2. Part 1 ends on a strong note, despite how short it is, and Part 2 is just enless fun.
