It's 'How to help your Mercy help you.'
By knowing where the health packs are, and assuming the Mercy does as well, you should be able to also read when said Mercy is going for that health pack.
If you're at OH SHIT/600 and she's, well, not, you grab it.
If reverse, She grabs it.

Think of it like Medic Priority in TF2.
