if I saw the episode right there's a POSSIBILITY that a second lived since on the tree trunk two were sent flying off including Ashi, the third was dead before she was sent down but Jack tossed the other, and if Ashi can survive a fall like that it's certainly possible the one that was just thrown off managed to survive as well.

Honestly, I'm guessing Ashii will wake up and see the one who was thrown off the log impaled on a tree or something and the other one with her head facing the wrong way.
