I really think Scott looks better that Sara… Just because he has a blank stare on his face 24/7 and when he actually does show facial emotion, it's not really dumb looking.

Shepard kinda had that, but for both genders. I remember the part after one of the nightmares he had in 3 and washing up in the bathroom while talking to Liara that he would smile and go back to his speaking face and then smile again, showing that Bioware was kinda not paying attention to that bit or overlooked it.

Infectious is right, that's the sort of face I usually see on people who have a nasty flu and still had to come to work.
