JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - German science is at it again

A missile launching dolphin would have been zero percent out of place in Stardust Crusaders. I'm not sure how Dio would go about finding it, but then again there was a gorilla with a stand ship so maybe applying logic to the situation isn't going to give answers.
