I do just love that there's really no subtlety to it either. Starlight's making it abundantly clear to Twilight and the audience that she's going to do horrific things to them, be it emotionally or physically. Or both. You even see Twilight agree with her before running off, she knows what's going to happen.

It also helps that not too long after, Starlight picks up and is about the thrash another pony that was bothering Fluttershy.

Just… how can you not love Starlight?
