Doing a little research is called Ageusia when you lose the sense of taste, Dysgeusia when the taste changes (like a metallic taste or an expecific odor) and Hypogeusia when it decreases.

Basically

A = Absence
Dys = Weird
Hypo = lower
Hyper = higher.

Usually if you see one of these words it means the other variants exist.
