ving in the upper west side. very day alked down this street with a lot of trees to get to school 2 2 Everything on that street seemed very uniform. It was always sort of damp and dark, (on account of all the trees) and everything e in redestined Anyway, I liked this street a lot. Unfortunately, there was a main road that crossed through it, (l think it ight've been broadway) and it seemed really contrasting to the feel of the little tree filled road. To be honest, it kind of p----- me off One day, this strange little music shop moved into the cafe on the corner. This really contrasted withthe rest of the street, but I liked how this one did it. About a week later, before school, I went inside to check it out. It had a lot indie, with a bunch of posters for local shows. I was pretty glad this shop moved in, because I was just really starting to get into music. of classic rock and he first thing I bought from that shop was a cd that had some cool looking album art and funny song names. I had no idea what I was getting into As I left, I put the cd into my player and started listening to it as i walked. I listened, and something in my head changed. This music was the best thing I had ever heard. It was pure magic. never went to schoo hat day
