On one hand, user has a point. On the other hand, browsing over a NSFW tag and seeing the words "Body Inflation" appear in front of it should be your last and only needed warning to NOT click on that if you truly dislike the stuff that much, so the guilt is more on the user's side than on the uploader's side.
