That is a gross misrepresentation of history.
Essentially, Coca Cola bottling plants in Columbia had their union members/leaders killed by the Colombian paramilitary. Said far-right paramilitary pretty much went around killing union leaders of all businesses, destroying what had been a strong union culture.

While several groups alleged that Coca Cola was funding them, including the lawsuit Sinaltrainal v. Coca-Cola Co, all lawsuits were thrown out. While it is true they were accused of it, the cases have been dismissed as inaccurate.
