If I get raped/molested by someone underage, do I get sent to prison for pedophilia? Or would they get sent to prison for rape/molestation? Or both? Do we both go to jail?

The thing is, she is the one raping/molesting you, which implies that you were refusing to go any further with whatever she did to you, but she still managed to get away with it somehow, like with you being tied down and unable to break free (Yeah, I know it's a situation that will probably never happen, but for discussion's sake let's assume it's possible).

What would probably ocurr is that, even if you were the victim, you will be sent to jail since you were involved in such acts with a minor. But, now that this incredibly situational crime has taken place, a bill will most likely be created which will refrain anyone underage from having sexual relationships with an adult without their consent. Thus, preventing this felony from taking place ever again, or at the very least properly serving justice whenever it happens.
