For instance, Liberal_Genius, whom one mod actually expressed a bit of nostalgia for when LG was still running around There are shades of this happening to existing users who tend to display unpopular opinions, but the most famous as of 2016 is a user called Bill-That-Looks-like-a-Stan Bill who, due to several factors (one of which is his dislike for anime), is (in)famous for getting downvoted into oblivion whenever he posts a comment anywhere. Other users often point out how all his comments and posts have at least a few downvotes, no matter what he posts, and some users feel pity for the guy
