To be honest, I always liked this character trait of Ayame Reikadou. If anything, I'm surprised implants don't come up as a character trait more often in anime/manga as I feel it introduces an opportunity for backstory exploration as well as an explanation for larger/extreme bustiness.

Of course, because she's not a main character in "Noucome", her backstory gets ignored, and I believe she gets effectively replaced by another character later in the manga.
